Log into your JOURNEY account and navigate to the 'Order History' tab to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting the request.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
